The initial Functional Medicine
consultation includes:

  1. A comprehensive health timeline; we work together to understand the life events you have experienced and how these may have affected your health and contributed to the symptoms you are experiencing.
  2. Your Lifestyle; We consider key lifestyle factors including your sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise routines and the amount of energy that you have.
  3. Your Diet; We take an in-depth look at the foods you eat, your eating habits and existing or suspected food intolerances.
  4. Your Personalised Plan; We can devise appropriate food plans, introduce achievable lifestyle changes, and order advanced nutritional tests if necessary.

Follow Up Functional Medicine
Consultation include:

  1. Plan; A discussion of your progress to date and identification of any necessary adjustments to make or obstacles to overcome.
  2. Your Lifestyle; We consider key lifestyle factors including your sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise routines and the amount of energy that you have.
  3. Tests; A detailed analysis of any test results you may have.
  4. Support; Providing you with a clear and confident path to make a long term positive change to your health and well-being.
